Ma was born conjoined. There are two of her and she has four hands and four feet. She is very permissive and wants to let the horsey in the house whether or not there is a rider (she weirdly calls the riders "declarants") who can witlessly voice his desire to enter the house. She is buddies with Nero (24) and there are 24 reasons she will accept the let the horsey in.
