Rule 805: fossil-- a horsey within a horsey

We go to a big museum and they have a full fossil of the skeleton of T-rex.  We notice that inside the fossil's stomach there is a horsey.  We reach inside and pop the top off the horsey and there is another, smaller one, inside that.  We ask how those horseys got in the fossil and are told that each part of the combination of horseys conforms to an exception to the rule.  We look over at fusema (803) and the police officer (804) and they both nod that this is true.

Rule 805.  Hearsay within hearsay.

Hearsay within hearsay is not excluded by the rule against hearsay if each part of the combined statements conforms with an exception to the rule.
